How this works: submit this form (or email
privacy@bigblackbook.online
from the registered mobile). We verify you own the account, then delete
it within 14 days.
What we delete
- Your BBB login / profile (name, firm, mobile, KYC fields)
- Private listings and diary data tied to your account
- Social posts, likes, and DMs you created
- Media you uploaded, where it is not needed by another party
What we may keep
- Records required by law (for example tax or dispute holds)
- Handshake / unlocked details already shared with a counterparty, which they may still hold
- Short-lived backups and server logs, then those expire
